Wanted Tropic Sweet Apple tree from online source that ships

Read about the Tropic Sweet Apple developed in Florida from the Anna apple. I am just north of Houston Texas and although still early for planting have been asking my local nurseries about this one with out any luck. Does anyone no where I can order one on-line? Just Exotics in Florida lists them grafted on standard root stock, but I need semi-dwarf at the most. Just getting to old to deal with tall trees.

I'd be interested in scions come spring of this apple and any apple that should produce well in north florida.  I have anna, shell, fugi, and golden dorsett already though. Would like to get Joy as well.
