Anyone growing Pouteria macrophylla?

Just got seeds in and was wondering what people's experience has been growing this? Namely, growth rate, size, temp range, time to fruit, etc. Particularly interested in Florida growers' experiences, but would like any input at all. Thanks!

I had/have a few ssedlings if the freeze didnt kill them-

Normal Pouteria growth rate and care- very easy trees
