More temperate, less tropical for zone8

I actually built a frame on a patio and put our larger potted subs and tropicalish plants/trees in it. No added heat. Ambient dropped to about 15°f there. At least 20 hours below 32. Everything came through. If it had been 3 days the story would have been different, I'm sure.

15F is quite low, what trees did you have there?
