Seedless Sugar Apple

I tasted this sugar apple this morning and I was surprised that it had no seeds.

They are cool in theory and makes it easier to eat however they are inferior in taste to most seeded sugar apples and atemoyas.   Very similar in seedless vs seeded watermelons.

What the variety is it? I don't mind it to have seeds but this one seems to have more flesh.  :)

Seedless and a nice looking fruit too! They don't easily come by like that from my seedless sugar apple tree.

I bought it a several years ago from Jesus Ramos, a fruit tree doctor/radio-commentator who sadly passed away at an early age. His wife runs the store now, it's called 'Clinicas de las Plantas,' it's in Miami, Florida on SW Bird Road. I don't know if she has any right now, but if not, maybe she can point you in the right direction.

fruit4me, kh0110 Sorry, didn't answer your questions right away. The taste is better then the regular sugar apple to me. But I think it's pretty close, more juicy and doesn't have the piney taste like I noticed in the regular one. So if you ask me would I buy and eat it again I would say yes.  :)
