Yes I was looking at those pictures earlier today. My citrus knowledge is still a bit limited, but seeing the differences I wonder if his fruit did not get pollinated by other plants? Or with much less pollen?
Your fruit and mine seems similar regarding the seeds, mine just being a bit more dry, likely due to growing conditions.
