Best food plant options for growing in Fresno County foothills ?

I am looking for good ideas/suggesttions for growing food crops for profit in fresno county foothills. Elevation 1500 to 2000 feet above sea level i think its to high for oranges but has anyone been able to grow avocado, kiwis,pomagranite,almonds,cherimoya up that high i know grapes do ok but looking for other options for potentel cash crops???

Hi, Nearby Del Rey farm here.  Are you in the river bottom areas near the Kings River ?
