morus nigra dwarf
gozp:
Hi all. I just bought morus nigra dwarf in ebay.
What are the tips on growing them?
Here are the pics.
From the sea:
They are easy as long as they don't dry out for long periods.

I have transplanted them in these pots. Once winter has passed, I will put them in-ground. How big do they get & when do u think they'll bear fruit? Thanks
gozp:
No one has one? :(
echinopora:
If they are cutting grown they usually try to fruit right away and fruit will hold in the first year without dropping. Can be kept at a small size easily by treating it like a hedge. Cut back fairly hard after fruiting once it has reached mature size. They grow vigorously, will likely put on 2 feet in the first year. Because the fruit on new growth they espalier well, which makes bird protection and picking easier.
