Sugar apple or not

Please help identifying the fruit.
I bought it in the local store as sugar apple.
Texture is creamy and nothing chewy. Very fragrant. A little grainy right near skin Seeds look just like cherimoya seeds.
I thought it was taiwan gold sugar apple, and wanted to plant, but now not sure.

Not sugar apple, you’re even luckier
It’s a Rollinia (Annona mucosa/Rollinia deliciosa).

OMG!
I have never tried rollinia before, they are not sold on Orlando.
Its delicious! I thought rollinia has spikes. This one was smooth.
I will plant seeds. Thank you!!

What store was this found in? Did they have any more? I've always wanted to taste one.

Asian market on Colonial and Bumby. Got it on Tuesday.
