Mango plants have White stuff and leaves molded

Hi , i have planted 2 mango plants in Orlando, FL home .I have these white stuff and leaves are molded and started Turing black. What is this and how can I treat?

Tree looks fine to me.  Guessing the white stuff is just minerals from hard water drying on the leaves.
