buy scions from CCPP budwood, then graft it.

OK I think that is looking like the only way.

Any suggestions for rootstock because it looks like Roostock is sold out everywhere. Maybe just germinate some seeds?

But another citrus tree at home depot/lowes and hack the scion off?  :)
