Has anyone tried using Physan 20 for anthracnose?  Does it work?

Thanks!

Have you tried calling the manufacturer, Consan 20?   I've used it for decades but mainly for sanitizing.

They say that it can:

"Physan 20 can also be used to treat Bud Rot, Crown Rot, Downy Mildew, Gray Mold Rot (Botrytis), Root Rot, Anthracnose, ..."

I was just wondering if anyone here use it against anthracnose and how well it works.

Thanks,

Herman

I've used it on orchids and it did fine.  FYI, it's not labeled for edibles, only ornamentals.  Not sure why as it's a tertiary compound of ammonium chloride.   Me, I'd stick to one of the copper sprays like Kocide.

Mark,

Have you used the Consan 20 for sanitizing your grafts?  Spraying rootstock/scion prior to wrapping?
