I have one in ground! It's about 2 years old and is approaching 10-11 ft. It grows constantly, but the air layers take forever and are not stable once cut. If you're willing to wait, when it flowers I'd be happy to share some fresh seeds.
No worries at all. It has been growing through our winter... this plant is super vigorous! I hope it flowers in the next year.
I'd possibly be into a few seeds as well. Where is Hobe Sound in Florida? I'm in Wewahitchka in the panhandle. Trying to get an idea of this species cold hardiness. Do the leaves smell pretty good or have you used it in food? If so was it good?
