Plum in New Jersey park?
« on: August 11, 2023, 03:14:53 PM »
A friend in northern New Jersey sent pics of a small plum he found in a park. Said the inside was bright green, had the texture and juiciness of a ripe plum, but no sweetness. Any thoughts as to what kind it is?

He said they were a "very bright sour," not "crazy sour."

It could be a wild European plum
