Lemon varieties--which look the nicest?

I'm planning on espaliering a lemon (similar to below picture). I'm curious to know which variety everyone thinks has the nicest foliage/looks the nicest, as it's going to be both a productive tree as well as a nice visual piece in the yard.

Ideally we want a "real" lemon. So no Meyer or NZL (already have them...). I'm mostly debating between Lisbon, Genoa, Santa Teresa.

Medium-sized lemons would be ideal.
