Xain's World is local and he has a lot of jackfruit varieties. You might also try Jack and the Beanstalk which is also in that area and usually has an amazing selection of fruit trees.

I was at both places today, Xain had a ton of jackfruit varieties that I never even heard of. Xain wasn't there, so make sure you call ahead so he's there to help you choose exactly what you want.

At Jack and the Beanstalk, Catherine had a monster 7 gallon Cochin Jackfruit for me that was only $100. I almost ordered a 3 gallon Cochin from Lara online for $120. Glad I waited, this one is almost 7 feet tall and going in the ground this week.
