I repotted three Jaboticabas in October in Florida and all three showed some signs of stress for a couple of weeks in relatively ideal conditions (rainy, humid, hot, partial shade). They went from 7 gallon to 15 gallon pots. Where you are located it might be more prudent to wait until the days start to get longer and temperatures warm up since you are so far outside the sweet spot for them. If you run into a problem then there is much less margin for error.
Whatever you decide, make sure to use a good potting mix with peat moss and pine bark fines for acidity.
