Blood Lemon? Red Lemon? What do u call this?

just wondering what name is most common for this type of lemon.
i’ve seen it called blood lemon, red lemon, rosso lemon, even sunset lemon.

anyone know if there’s a go-to name in the citrus world?

I think it's an Italian creation, a cross between Citrus medica and a blood orange. Let's keep in mind that the common lemon is a cross between Citrus medica and a bitter orange. There's no common name, since it's a creation, perhaps a classification with letters and numbers from the breeding center that created it. Names are cultural, so the one specific to each area can be accepted. I knew it as "limone rosso."

I want that. Every place I saw said it was a meyer lemon x blood orange two container grown citrus in italy where the cross occurred but it has spread all over europe. I cant find any source in the united states. I guess its called a blood lemon. I would like to try one. They say it taste half way between a lemon and blood orange and is still fairly sour.

meyer lemon x blood orange is not the same as the Rosso Limone. The shapes are different, and the skin color is different.
