Is this a cotton candy fruit?  I have a couple of grafted trees that are missing tags and i know one was cotton candy and the other I think was orange essence.  This one is making a lot of big size fruit that have lots of freckled dots on it and rwinbow coloring.

I have not yet tried the fruit I just picked one for the first time and theres still a lot more i am trying to let them hang but our weather is cooling off now.

To me it definitely looks more like Cotton Candy than Orange Essence.  Let us know how it tastes.

Looks like cotton candy to me.
Most of the late season zills varieties are keepers.
Im finding it hard to decide which ones to keep.
M4 seems a good but later then the rest

Is M4 available to buy trees or scions?  I don't think I have that one but will have to see if Simon planted any m4 seeds here.  It doesnt have a name yet?  Are people not supposed to have it growing or ?

I tried the cotton candy mango for the first time today.  It had a classic mango flavor with very little acid and maybe a slight orange or citrus hint of flavor.  The fruit could have hung a little longer but they were mostly orange with a little yellow ora ge on the north facing side.

Sound like cotton candy?
