Check on FB, there was a guy who has Golden Nugget jackfruit (grafted), medium size tree (3/4" diameter trunk), about 6ft tall. He lives in Riverside area.

There's another guy on FB who lives close to me that is selling a larger tree for $150, looks to have thicker trunk than the tree I paid $175. The guy selling in Redlands now has one about 5ft for $100, check it out, type jackfruit tree on FB marketplace.
