I am looking for this also.  Pink's Mammoth is described in Florida's Best Fruiting Plants by Chares Boning as a shy bearer with exceptonal flavor.  Pine Island lists it on their website but they do not have any for sale.

I got a tree from Frankie Sekiya and grew it in Davie FL. It is a real sparse bearer and very leggy here. Several have tried and the results were similar. Also, the entire name "Pink's Mammoth" does not refer to the color but it's the name (Mr. Pink) of the guy who found it. If you want a BIG Atemoya, try Priestly...It's not a heavy bearer but the few fruits are HUGE.....Zill Nursery used to propagate this cultivar

FGM, Pink's Mammoth is usually uglier, less regular and darket than the atemoya in you picture.

What atemoyas would bear well in Florida and have less seeds than Gefner? I'm not sure if it matters but my Gefner is planted right next to a sugar apple and its loaded with seeds.  Would that cause an atemoya to have more seeds?

Could definitely be the seed making culprit.

Mammoth is still the king, but it is too shy and large for most backyarders. you really need to hand pollinate, preferrably with pollen from an AP or such. This is why we've been making selections from sports of the Mammoth - hilary whites pink mammoth was the next upgrade in croping, which got close to an AP in production while keeping about 4/5ths of the original size, and Paxtons Prolific is the next improvement via sport of hillary whites, which crops too heavily and will size up to roughly the same as the hillary whites if you thin them out enough.
