Really Mallika? The smaller one was ripe and turning yellow so I picked the larger one and sap started to flow... :-\  I can never time this correctly....This is so annoying.

wrap the mangos in newspaper and wait until they soften
The small one may be there already?

I have heard that picking mangoes mature green means that there will be no sap???? The small one needs to soften up just a bit. Thanks!

The larger one looks ready to pick too.  It has some of the signs of maturity.
The lenticels, if that is what those spots are called, are dark and there is slight color change.
See the 3 to 5 minute marker on this video from Ghana  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4qSHrepLL8&t=431s

As suggested, wrap the bigger mango in brown paper bag or newspaper and wait.  You may be very well rewarded.

If picked mature green, mango will bleed.

Did the smaller one drop?  I dont like the look of the rotted area.

The smaller one had fruit split when it was growing then later I picked it since it started to turn yellow...Hopefully it is still edible.

From my experience, the color of the sap matters. I've found that if the sap is clear it will often ripen without an issue but if its very white it was likely too green. Source: I've picked hundreds of Mallikas.

Thanks Murahilin! The sap was mostly clear when picked. Will post update after I can eat them.

Its hard to tell from that angle but that damage looks eerily similar to MBBS.

The small one was rotten by the seed. The large one ripened perfectly and tasted and smelled exactly like LZ. Had a small seed, but unlike LZ, had a pineapple taste towards the seed. There was a small amount of fiber by the seed, but the flesh was fiberless. Tasted soooo much better than a store bought mango. I highly reccomend this mango for zone pushers like me. The only downside is that you need to time the picking of the mango just right.
