When is it soursop season in south Florida?

A seedling tree my aunt gave me a few years back looks like it’s flowering for first time!  :)

Here it is almost throughout the year but with fewer fruit in the cool dry times of the year. In the past I have spoken about Arusha, lisa/recife, the golden, whitmans fibreless and morado varieties in a positive way and negatively spoke about Cuban fibreless. I know what everyone must have been thing. What about the Panamanian giant semi fibreless variety? It is good alright and very shapely. Feast your eyes on this specimen.

Panamanian giant semi fibreless? Wow that looks nice. What’s different about it ?

I’ve only tried one fruit and it was awesome bought it at Robert is here in homestead. Guessing it was a normal soursop I also planted some seeds.

No clue no one had answered me yet. I’ve seen fruit in February not sure if those were locally grown or brought in. And also if I could base it on my one seedling tree flowering for first time ? With one tiny flower. Not sure if that’s a good indicator of the season. Or how long it takes from flower formation to fruit?

I got some this year in summer.
Before the little iguanas started stripping my dad's tree it was fruiting in early summer and late fall.

Ideally, it should be on and off-year around in south florida as well.

I have 4 trees and they are all still young to fruit. But 3 wks go i visited a friend in west palm beach, FL who has a mature tree. It was full of flowers, did not see any fruit. Perhaps the season is mid September -October?

I don't why I was so lucky.  Even though Deerfield Beach is teeming with iguanas, they never ate my fruit, including guanabana.  And I think you're right about the season.  It seemed to be sporadic.

I finished picking mine 2 weeks ago. Flowering again so I'm going for a second crop later this year

Somewhat related...collected a lot of pollen from my soursop and dream atemoya this morning and decided to pollinate a few soursop flowers with dream pollen and vice versa.  Any chance these get successfully pollinated?
