Lance, you're making me jealous with all those durians!
I gotta make a trip out there.
As always palolo is a great seller.

Yes, I agree. Great seller for sure! Rambutans, strangely,  have been impossible for me to grow. Been trying for years from multiple sources. But now I have a bunch of healthy seedlings from Palolo 1st time up.

I just put eyes on the mother tree. she is beautiful. hiding in plain sight.
It must be good when the people in the middle charging double the farmers market price , which fluctuates like the durian stock exchange.

Honestly, i was surprised had this many. but alva folks when fertilize it so it's a bumper crop.  i was lucky to get what i got since everyone that knows goes and get what they can.

on a side note, you should look at oahu prices.  i think the demand will only go up.  once you get your farm pumping out its own durians, i hope you can look to shipping to oahu.  we're at minimum $13/15/lb.  Frankies good ones are going for $25/lb last year.

My last batch of seeds arrived in great shape, and now I want to try maprang/marian-plum again since mine always die.  I'm going to try a bunch of different soil types and see if that makes a difference.
