Nice to see the scions are already growing out. I like your tree with all those branches, did you cut the main trunk to get those multiple new branches to graft onto? My large Big Jim tree has similar behavior on the trunk which is funny since I never cut off the trunk to force any new branches from the bottom root area. Good thing it has so many branches then you can make a cocktail multi-grafted tree. My tree has 69 varieties (over 100 grafts) and still has more branches that I can use to add new varieties.
One recommendation on the scions you graft for next time is maybe not to use to long cuttings, I would make my scions shorter than what you did, but as long as its growing you are doing a good job of it. I try to keep my scion under 8" long max for my grafting of any fruit tree...
