I'm going to be pruning my super-producer vermillion in some weeks. I am so stoked to see someone zone pushing on the island, been trying to convince my parents to try it out on the Sunshine Coast but they have bear issues to worry about... So delectable fruit may not be possible. I miss BC! Hoping the border opens so I can visit the homeland soon.

How many scions do you need and what diameter?

Nice i have lived on the sunshine coast as well, its beautiful! I am pushing zones but feel like im cheating with the greenhouse haha.
I would love to graft some vermillion! I only need like 2-5 of each variety i can find, i have 2 plants but the are quite bushy so could put a few on each. As for diameter smaller is better right now, maybe half the dia. of a pencil.
