Alright.  You had mentioned such a thing a couple of days ago and I think I asked why have an intermediate step.... This video was brilliant example of why.   Thank for that simple but SO important explanation.   You are making me think!   Thanks for that.

What is the advantage of having the sour orange underneath as a rootstock, instead of just using the Poncirus as the rootstock?

Seville sour orange produces superior fruit to any other root stock.
