I'm not sure how long they typically take to fruit from seed but I don't think there is any cultivation trick you can do to force flowering. 

These are really common to find growing from cuttings, you could get a cutting grown one or graft some mature wood from one onto yours if you are impatient.

My cherimoya is an El Bumpo that is grafted.  I planted in the ground in my greenhouse last year and it has been very healthy.

I just noticed that my grafted Geffner atemoya (still in a container) is flowering also.  Should I hand pollinate this one also?   And any reason to intentionally mix - or disallow mixing - of the pollen between the two trees?  I recall reading that atemoya won't pollinate cherimoya, but also that the El Bumpo cultivar might be half atemoya?  Maybe I'm over thinking it

Last year I only had a few blooms but this time I see like thirty so hopefully I will get at least a couple fruit if I do it right.

I finally started reading more into cherimoya pollination, sounds like hand-pollination is the norm not the exception?  I guess I'll have to keep it up.  It is more complex than I initially though with the delayed pollen and short receptive period.

my grafted green sapote is young, but its leaves are pointier than the one in your photo. 

I'd like to see a eureka/libson-like lemon that fruits year round, and some more kumquat varieties, and a decent finger lime.  At this point I don't think the orange or mandarins can really be improved upon, the best varieties are amazing and making them sweeter isn't necessary.

Yes it is quite nice looking, but I can't imagine how much it would cost to build, heat, and maintain a single-pane glass structure like that.  It usually has a lot of dirt and algae on the glass, though it is possible they prefer this for the shade it provides.

This shop has a ton of trees in tiny pots like this and they are always moving them around. I am almost positive that this one is NOT attached to the ground in any way.  I didn't try moving it, though, but there are probably fifty other similar trees like this there and many are on wooden tables.   Most are citrus or plumeria, though, this is the first annona I've noticed there.

Thanks for identifying.  I had only seen more mature soursop fruits and they tended to be more bean-shaped than simply round like this.

hmm... my "mexican cream" was pink inside.  I guess it was mislabelled, now I have to go figure out what it actually is.

How is this thing fruiting?  This shop constantly surprises me with the trees they have fruiting in containers that are a tenth of the volume of what I would expect is required.  Many look leggy and unhealthy but they are alive - and fruiting.

Also, any idea what species this is?

Thanks.  Good to know I can just order this if Oscocote deals go away.   I am using a water soluble fertilizer for my in-ground trees, but I have a ton of containers that all get Osmocote so I go through about 10lbs a season.
