Paypal switchied their shipping center usps application over to a 3rd party. Has anyone had any luck using the new shipping software from paypal? Seems like thry totally broke it.

I tried using it a few hours ago, but it wouldn't let me add my card. I had to get postage at the USPS office instead, because I can't seem to get it on their website either.

you can print postage from usps.com but the way it ised to work from paypal made things really easy. of course they had to take a good thing and break it.
no more international shipping for me until that gets fixed. had to stand in line and fill out forms in person the other day to ship somwthing overseas. not doing that anymore.

I've always liked to use paypal because it gives a discount on postage, but for whatever reason USPS declines my card whenever I try to print postage from their website. No idea why. I've just never been able to use their website for postage.

I have used Pirateship.com for a while now and highly recommend it.
They have the same USPS discounts as ebay and is very easy to use.
Just click on "Rates" on the top menu to see the prices.

Ill try it. Its annoying that paypal ruined their shipping interface. It worked fine.

Not intending to hijack this thread, but..... Do any of you use STAMPS.COM?
If so, do you recommend it or have you found that it has problems with shipping plants/seeds?
Just curious cuz I see them advertising on the TV from time to time.

Failing any responses about STAMPS.COM to my earlier query I am still wondering whether anyone on here has used/tried both STAMPS.COM and PIRATESHIP and might be willing to make a comparison for any of the pros and cons for the two of them.

Looks like the new postage thing on paypal works but theres no email notifications that go out to the customer now. They are getting there, one step at a time... You would think they would have it all working before rolling it out.
