Hi all,
I have 2 pomegranate trees that are hard seeded. I want to graft them with some soft seeds varieties. I read an article online, Sienevyi, Parfianka, and Sin Pepe are soft seeds. Please PM if you are willing to sell couple scions to me if you have them.
Or
What are some best varieties or recommend for me?
Thanks,
Al

Parfianka, Desertyni, Angel Red.
I don't have any cuttings to sell, my grafts are still small.

Hey Kaz, I’m a pomegranate newbie so I haven’t tried many varieties, but Parfianka is really good.

Parfianka and desertyni are the ones with softest seeds.

Both Parfianka and Desernyi are great pomegranates. The Desertnyi gets sweeter in my garden, but I think the Parfianka has a more complex flavor with good balance of acid. I mix them both together. This year I grafted Vkusnyi, also soft seeded, because I read a post by Marta saying it was a must-have and one of the best. Grafts have grown really well, so hope to be able to try it next year.

I grafted desertyni this summer and it is growing great (thanks Brad). Hope I can try it next year. Parfianka is another one I am looking forward to it.
Hi Janet,
I can't found any info for Vkusnyi.
Sin Pepe is another one I a looking for.
"Sin Pepe, which means “seedless,” (also known as Pink Ice and Pink Satin) is also soft seeded with a flavor like fruit punch from its light pink arils.

I have 5 or 6 differwnt ones but desertyni and parfianka are the best ones. Eversweet, ariana, wonderful all have the harder seeds.

If I may recommend getting a scion in a couple months, once the tree is dormant, and clone it. It's so hard to keep track of the grafts because the pomegranates shoot so many suckers. I gave away one I grafted because I got tired of managing the suckers.
You can still have fruit the following year of the clone as the Parfianca grows fast. I'd offer you some but looks like you already have a few options.
