Citrus aurantium, Citrus medica, Citrus meyeri, Citrus unshiu

It appears that the only affected citrus I have is New Zealand lemonade and Valentine pomelo.  The big question;  Does citrus on Seville sour orange rootstock get protection from the roots against HLB.  If so I am in great shape.

You are outside of citrus growing areas. You should be ok with anything. And no they will not get protection from rootstock, but will help the plant to some extent. You can always get tristeza on seville from aphids, but again most unlikely.
