I'm trying to grow mangoes, I don't understand what's wrong, the tree doesn't produce fruit, is there anything that can be done?

Is this a seedling, or graft?
What variety?
What is the weather like in your area?

Do you know others in your area growing mangos? There must be local resources in your country to help you. You're not providing any information for anyone to have a clue or to even guess.

As long as it's healthy and large enough to bear fruit (post a picture of it and it'll be easy to guess), you can try girdling the tree. It works most the time, pretty easy to do, but you can kill the tree if you girdle the trunk below all branches and the tree fails to create new branches/leaves in time to resume photosynthesis. Best to start with the largest branch(es) and leave other branches alone to keep the tree healthy.
This video is not great, but it explains the basics. There are better videos out there, google around and you can find them
