This is the complete photo of my Fort Lauderdale grown Durian. Yes it is unlikely to fruit here but I am a dreamer and Durian is my favorite fruit beating out even Mangos!

This Durian is mine and is growing in Fort Lauderdale, NOT Orlando. It is a seedling from Panoramic and is over 7 ft tall.

I have an 8 foot tall seedling durian growing beautifully in a 20 gal pot growing outdoors in Ft. Lauderdale (zone 10A-10B) but I give myself little to no chance that it will even flower here. We are in the most tropical part of the mainland US and even here, the conditions to frujt Durian are almost zero. They don't like our alkaline soils and they also get fungal root diseases here.

These labels are inexpensive and last for a few years. A lot easier than cutting up spray cans!

The are called Nitiludid beetles. They are the primary pollinators of anonnas but hand pollination produces much better quality fruits. I had two large Sugar Apples  trees in Coral Springs that regularly produced over 100 larges sized fruits every year. I would remove most of the naturally pollinated fruits since they were too small or poorly pollinated.

I live in North Fort Lauderdale, about 4 miles from the beach and in my neighborhood there are at least 10 huge Lychees trees, but I have not seen even ONE fruit on any of these trees!  We have not had temps here under 45 degrees for several years so this another BAD lychee year. My small BK Longan has a handful of fruits.

Just in case you did not know, your Utuado avo is named after a small town in the mountains of Puerto Rico. I have never tasted it though

Check out the Deerfield Beach Arboretum. Incredible collection of tropical plants, palms and lots of mature fruit trees also like Cacao, Mango, Coffee, Jakfruit etc...and it's free!!!!!...I have down many tours there. Afterwards drive just a few miles east to Seabra Brazilian supermarket and check out the giant selection of Brazilian fresh and canned fruits and juices, even fresh Pacu fish from the Amazon.....Also check out Gene Joyners Unbelievable Acres botanical Garden in West Palm but it is only open for tours on Saturdays!

I have grown both Pulasan and Rambutan in South Florida and Oscar is correct that Pulasan is a cold weather weakiing!...much more tender than Rambutan.....Rambutan will survive outdoors (Zone 10B-11) here in acid soils but not Pulasan.

Absolutely not a Rambutan. I am growing a grafted one in Florida and yours looks very different. Does resemble coffee leaves. I will send a photo of my leaves

It's a Criollo but I don't know the variety. The best thing about it is that it easily fruits. Pods are full sized also.

Here is the scoop from my experiences actually growing and fruiting all of these on my property

Sugar Apples: Main crop July-Aug-Sept with a smaller crop in December-January
Atemoya: July-August
Guanabana: June-July-August and smaller crops Nov-Dec
Custard Apples: March-April
Ilama: July-August

Florida's avocados, papayas, tomatoes, mangoes, peaches, passionfruit and peppers are safe — along with more than 400 other fruits and vegetables.

They'd all been threatened by the Oriental fruit fly, an invasive pest that infested farmlands in Miami-Dade County last fall.

As of Saturday, the state  has declared the insect eliminated.
