"I have 40-26 growing if that's what he is talking about.
I wouldn't plant anything new from ZHPP until enough other people are growing it and the reviews come back in.
I would probably multigraft just out of curiosity"

I like your thinking

No that is on another tree and that fruit is now super red,I'll have to keep a eye on that one as i think it is getting very close to ripe and that's a first fruit for the tree!

For me you can add Cac, Fruit Punch  on your list

Had Vitors seed list in my emails for years it was torture to see the list so i finally deleted it because of no communication arg.I did manage to get a few seeds from him.I think life got in the way and it became very difficult to get seeds out then, now their is political turmoil. Seed collecting is difficult job and thankless at times. Appreciate them and take advantage of what they have as it could be fleeting.

 I 2nd that 100%

12 were sold in 2020 yes I had bad experience two times with those seeds!!

Dada used get seed of Duguetia Lepidota Yara Yara in Venezuela rarely but  he has disappeared.Vitor had some very very rare huge fruited Duguetia from Brazil but i was new then did not get a chance to acquire any before he disappeared.

I used Tikal for the intense interior color and low seed count to flesh and berry overtones.
But now I am looking also at diseases resistance and bearing capacity, size of fruit ect.Tikal is prone to anthracnose  and shy bearing also a bit small.

I have 5 trees of this strain all a bit different one is larger fruiting but only summer fruiting and lacks interior color but is the sweetest. Then their is the Tikal x pink mammoth  cross which none have turned out good, yet!
