Is This a Sick Mango Tree?

Cogshall, in ground for about three years, first time producing flowers!
But when I walk around and take I look, I see some warning signs. . .or maybe I'm being neurotic about this whole mango thing.
I see leaves that appear to be dull and tired.
Take a look at some pics, please, and offer your opinions. Much appreciated. Thank you.

The tree looks fine to me. Almost all mango trees grown in the out of doors will show some issues with fungus, insect attack and even some nutrient deficiency is not uncommon. Overall, the tree is doing great. I wouldn't worry about it.
