It is not, but there are multiple locations selling it.  You are in cerrito, the 99 ranch supermarket in Cerritos might carry it.

I don't know where it is imported from, there is no label.  Last year imported from Mexico.

I just picked up a few bags, also no label.  Plus I found some pummelo and guava types I haven't tried before.

They are nicer than ones I got last year but still about 1/3 of the ones I opened have some browning/deterioration inside.

I always plant the seeds but they never grow, I assume they are irradiated

Yep mangosteen considers the queen of all the fruits, my most favorite.  I ate 3 kilograms at on sitting back in Thailand. It only cost just under a dollar during its season.
