Interesting ilama variety! How true to type do ilama seedlings typically grow?

I have grown some that are slightly different than the original fruit and some
that seem true to seed. The Deep Purple type seems true to seed as all the other trees appeared and tasted like duplicates. A white flesh seed produces white flesh fruit as many have experienced. There is a wide range of phenotype and taste range among ilamas and I am curious what seeds of naturally occurring hybrids would produce and how often that occurs in areas with a concentration of a wide range of phenotypes, flower colors, leaf shape and color/s.

The white flesh types are under rated. Their flavors have a larger
range than there are colors in the colored flesh types it seems.

$119 + $23 shipping

This price is for one (1) Ilama seedling Annona diversifolia ‘Pointy Pink’ variety with chewy (not fibrous) dark pink flesh. The flesh has a flavor blend of watermelon/cherry and the seeds are loose in the arils like a jackfruit or cherimoya. The skin is deeply textured. This combination of characteristics and flavor make for a unique ilama fruit.

These are original photos of the actual fruits that have been personally tasted to select the best flavors and characteristics.
