Acidic white sapote scions
« on: February 25, 2021, 11:59:30 AM »
I’m going to be topping my flowering 15’ tall white sapote in a week or so. The fruit is mildly acidic which is really nice compared to the usual cloyingly sweet white sapote I usually have found.

Branch diameter will be between 1/4” - 3/8”

$5 per scion minimum 4 - available to US or PR only

Key word is mildly. It's just got a touch of acidity compared to others I've tried.

I have some of those little black pods I was going to give a shot this year on jaboticaba, but will see if white sapote works. I've seen people rooting sapote, so it's possible I am sure.
