Bought a couple lamb hass grafted plants at home depot for $30 recently. Not bad. A minimum scion order + ship will get you close to that.

I might in search for some as well. Received this as lamb Hass but doesn't look like it to me. Anyone tell what kind of avocado this is?

I looked at my lamb tree.  The scion wood is too soft to use right now otherwise I would send some.

Not sure if all the same tree, but the lowest photo looks like my lamb hass I bought. The wiggly leaf edge is what I am noting is the same.

K-Rimes: is your Lamb Hass has red fleckles on stems?

The red speckles looks like sharwil and had me wondering if it was Lamb Hass at all. I'm not sure if the red leaves is what Lamb Hass is suppose to look like?

Photos of my lamb hass from last night

Excuse its raggedy look, I just planted it a week ago - we had random 36f weather two nights in a row out of nowhere. Been watering it a lot to try to make it not so stressed.

Not all but almost all avos have red flush.

Ill look at my lamb tree and see if it has speckles later this weekend.

Where did the tree come from?  What nursery?

I do not have Lamb, just trying to help out the member.  I saw them a few days ago at Lowe’s an HD and they have red newly flushed leaves, but did not look at the stems for red fleckles.  My Feurte  and Sharwil both have red fleckles.

Sorry, the question about where it came from was for Ado.  If it was from a reputable nursey its probably what was advertised.

To be honest Brad I've hoarded scions for 2 years now since I got into grafting that i can't keep track of where I got what. I have a label that it's Lamb Hass but I only recently started putting labels because I could no longer keep track of what is what. Its possible I could've mislabeled it. I have think it was grafted over a year ago. But that doesn't really give any information. I was hoping an avocado aficionado could tell by the leaves.  ;D
