I just bought the Thai Ruby Seedless. I was able to try the diamond and also liked it alot. The nursery let me try thai ruby, but it was a small fruit slice and I assume taste will be better if it was a bigger fruit. I will grow the diamond from seed. Between mature diamond and small thai ruby slice, the diamond does taste better.
Is diamond or taiwanese ruby better tasting?
I like Diamond/Crystal and Taiwanese ruby seedless guava because I like sweeter taste. Thai ruby seedless guava is sweet, sour, crunchy and red inside. Completely seedless. It is top 3 IMO.
I'm grafting more Taiwanese ruby seedless guava and Crystal since I have a few Thai ruby seedless guava already.
Can anyone confirm this is Crystal/Diamond guava?
