Yes! Finally got a Ross Sapote. Holding out for a 1 gal Green Sapote when it’s available. Talked to Julian on the phone and he’s a cool dude too.

Never knew so many guanabana varieties were available just around the corner; and other goodies. Gotta check this place out.

Need to see if neighbors will let me plant stuff in their yards. Running out of room, but not desire for more plants and fruits.

Julian is the real deal, wish I had more space.

Most of my fruit trees are from Lara farms.

Are the prices on the website for shipped trees?  Are prices cheaper if you go there?

My wife and i had the privilege of touring Lara Farms 4 mo ago. It was fun. He showed us around and we get to try so many different fruits.

Yup Julian is a great person and he is very knowledgeable in growing fruit trees.

shipping seems reasonable, I got an estimate of $18 to ship a single 1gal tree to Pennsylvania.

Hey Julian,
I've been to your farm few times buying plants and talked to you and your Dad. Keep up the good works you've been doing for so many years. You guys are both truly awesome.

Never been to but will like to sometime soon

I browsed and saw this on the mango page

Code: [Select]
GUAVA AKA SEIN TA LONE (MYANMAR)
Is this true?  I thought these were two different varieties?  I have one and am looking for the other perhaps I can stop looking   :)

Does anyone know the answer?  Prices seem high.

When I was there several years ago, their prices seemed like the cheapest in the entire state of FL. Great nursery with healthy plants and one of my favorites.

My "Papa" mamey arrived. Shipped and delivered within a week. I can't wait for peak mamey season next year and see what varieties will be in available. I've been following Lara Farms for a couple years now on YouTube ever since I started growing fruit trees and am excited to see the online store evolve.

Received some persimmons.
Only took a day and shipping wasn't bad at all. (though I'm only a county away)

Excellent packing, all the fruits came in great condition.

I had that tree, Triumph.  It's a small and very pretty tree in case anyone is interested.  I found the variety "South Florida" produced more fruit, however.  Persimmons are a treat, but the ones grown in California have higher brix--real sugar bombs!
