Next spring do major pruning to lower the height of the tree by at least a third and fertilize to promote new growth and bring vigor back into tree. Looks like tree so tall with short current year growth, it hasn't been adequately pruned or fertilized for many years. If drastic pruning doesn't return vigor and fruit the following year, the tree may need to be replaced; peaches are not meant to live for decades; a short-lived tree per literature.
