I planted two types of grapes deemed suitable for Florida a couple years ago.
One seems to have died away, but the Burgundy Bunch grape had its first nice crop this year. The grapes taste good, have a tiny seed. I would say they are not as richly flavored as grapes from the market.
Nice job! Grapes require 13-15 healthy leaves per cluster to perform well. If you're willing to deal with the minor inputs necessary to grow viniferas I recommend Flame Seedless, Crimson Seedless, and Autumn Royal.
My vineyard is out of control. Before recent trimming by hand (which I haven't finished yet) the rows are 8' H X 10' wide in places. And no, I haven't fertilized since spring 2016. Am stumped as to why.
