What are your favorite of the old classic mangoes

If you were to make a cocktail tree with the classic mangoes which varieties would you graft. I like Osteen that was given to me from Merritt Island

Second on the (late-season) Kent. The fruit coming off the tree now through early October are classic-mango heaven; big fruit with lots of meat.
