Grumichama losing its leaves

Hi folks
Any one knows what can be happen to my grumichama, starte lossing the lea es, but new speouds are Brown and the they drop

The remaining leaves at the bottom look fairly yellow
I put sulphur pellets on my grumichama to lower ph every month and it
helps keep the leaves dark green. At this point I would put your
tree in 100% shade. I have not had good luck when my grumichamas
go downhill.

In my experience, grumichama are pretty tough. I have two mature trees which I rarely water and they seem to fruit reliably where I am. I also have a young grumichama in the ground with no protection and infrequent watering which is doing okay.
