How is the taste of the Red Himalayan?

Very good. I took a brix reading earlier this summer when they were ripe. The Red Himalayan fruits are more dry, not as much juice as the Black Pakistan or the White Pakistan. Taste is sweet, different from the Black Pakistan. Red Himalayan had the second highest brix (sugar) reading of all my mulberry varieties (24).

This year my White Pakistan/Australian Green/Saharanpur Local trees grew the most fruits I have had, every leaf node has fruits hanging from them. As for sweetness, you can’t beat the white Pakistan, I measured maximum brix of 26 for the Red Himalayan, while the White Pakistan max brix was 30.

Yes, still available until end of day today.

I will use two different sizes for the shipping.

1. Small flat rate box, $10.20, free cuttings. Should be able to put in 8-10 in this box.
2. Medium flat rate box (or equiv size), $17.10, free cuttings. I will include appox. 15 longer cuttings as shown in the photos above.

If you are interested, must send me a PM by midnight tonight. After that, I will just try to root some of these that have been cut.
