In ground outside seedling Meiwa kumquat tree

Great! Is this his first fruiting? How long did it take him to bloom?

I have lost track of each of 4 Mreiwa trees.  The first fruits pick came in 1.5 years with 2 fruits.  The next year one of the trees produced 30 fruit at 3 years while another produced 2 fruit at 3 years.  This tree is 5.5 years old.  They are very hard to grow and suffer many setbacks.
