Slawek is the definition of a troll.  He is someone you are better off not crossing paths with. Bush2Beach is a great seller with many people who have had great experiences with.

It's possible to root it but it's more difficult than fig for example. I've rooted some cuttings after pruning for experimenting. Just stuck it in sandy soil near  garden drip irrigation line. Big calipers seem root easier.

I've never grafted a tree before and haven't read much up on it yet, but everything I've read says white sapote is a good place to start. I have something like 7 or 8 seedlings about 8 months old, some maybe a foot or two high, you think these are graft-ready?

Beware! Dishonest seller.

You realize when you say this stuff but don't say why at all, it only makes you look less credible and suspicious, right? It seems to indicate that you are in the wrong and don't want people to know the actual reason you're upset. Anyone truly aggrieved (or upset) would want to say exactly why with a big long story.  It comes off as being a bit of a... penis wrinkle, honestly.  Do you have a reason for this accusation you can back up?
