Thought it must have been wind pollinated
Then I witnessed several bees 🐝 going Into a still opened early morning flower.

Sometimes if I wait until morning to pollinate my DF I'll have to contend with half a dozen bees at each flower. They don't seem to mind me at all but I notice there is hardly any pollen left versus pollinating at 9pm.

Any tips when it will be time to pick?
It's up high in an oak tree, don't have a close-up view.

Anywhere from 35-45 days from when it was pollinated.
