Stinking toe seedlings

Did yours sprout pretty quickly from seed? I just sowed some seeds last week from fresh fruit after scarifying, and I read that their germination can range pretty drastically in scarified vs non-scarified seeds.

Also, did you import or do you have a tree nearby?

Got the seeds from PR. They sprouted at different rates. A couple sprouted right away and others took several weeks. Did not scarify
